1. Return period
You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt , without giving a reason.
After registering your return, you have 14 days to return the product .
2. Conditions for returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must:

Not opened or damaged
For hygiene and safety reasons , opened packages of dog or cat food cannot be returned .

5. Return costs
The costs for returning an order are at the customer's expense , unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

If approved, the amount will be refunded via the original payment method within 5–10 business days .
