General Terms and Conditions – Nature's Protection

Article 1 - Identity of the undertaking

Article 2 - Applicability

  1. These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from naturesprotection.shop and to every distance contract concluded with consumers.
  2. By placing an order, the consumer agrees to these general terms and conditions.

  3. Deviations are only valid if agreed upon in writing.

Article 3 - The offer

  1. The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered.
  2. Images are indicative and may differ from the delivered product.

  3. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind the webshop.

Article 4 - The agreement

  1. The agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer confirms the order and the payment is completed.
  2. The webshop confirms the order electronically.
  3. The webshop reserves the right to refuse orders for serious reasons.

Article 5 - Prices and payment

  1. All prices are expressed in euros and include VAT.
  2. Any shipping costs will be clearly stated before completing the order.
  3. Payment is made via the offered payment methods.
  4. The webshop is not obliged to deliver an order as long as payment has not been received.

Article 6 - Delivery and execution

  1. Delivery takes place at the address provided by the consumer.
  2. Orders will be delivered within the specified timeframe, unless otherwise agreed.
  3. If delivery is delayed, the consumer will be informed.
  4. The risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer at the moment of delivery.

Article 7 - Right of withdrawal

  1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 calendar days after receipt of the product without giving reasons.

  2. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal :
    The right of withdrawal is excluded for:

    • Animal feed whose seal has been broken after delivery

    • Products that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life

  3. During the withdrawal period, the consumer shall handle the product and the packaging with care.

  4. The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the product.

  5. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the return or proof of return.

Article 8 - Conformity and warranty

  1. The webshop guarantees that the products comply with the agreement and with legal requirements.
  2. Any defects must be reported as soon as possible after discovery.
  3. The statutory rights of the consumer remain fully applicable.

Article 9 - Use of animal feed

  1. Pet food must be used in accordance with the instructions on the packaging.
  2. Nutritional advice from the webshop is general and informative in nature and does not replace professional veterinary advice.
  3. The consumer remains responsible for the suitability of the product for his animal.

Article 10 - Liability

  1. The webshop is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect or improper use of the products.
  2. Liability is limited to the value of the product concerned, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Article 11 - Complaints Procedure

  1. Complaints can be reported via info@allbrands4pets.eu
  2. The webshop strives to handle complaints within a reasonable timeframe.
  3. Consumers within the EU can also use the European Commission's ODR platform.

Article 12 - Privacy

  1. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable privacy legislation (AVG/GDPR).

Article 13 - Applicable law and disputes

  1. Agreements are governed by the law of the country where the consumer has his habitual residence, insofar as mandatory provisions so prescribe.
  2. Disputes may be submitted to the competent court of the country where the consumer resides.
